Falls Reserve Conservation Area Reservations

Before Making Your Reservation

Before making your reservation please review the 2026 Camping Reservations Policies document.

Reservation are only processed through the online reservation system at https://maitlandvalley.goingtocamp.com/ or by speaking with park staff by phone or in person at the park office.

Reserve On-Line

On-line reservations for 2026 will open on January 6, 2026. Campsite reservations, day-use permits, day-use reserved sites are all available on-line. Setting up an online account and processing your booking online is the most efficient way to make a reservation.

Reserve by Phone

Call the Gatehouse at 519-524-6429 or toll freee at 1-877-FALLSCA (1-877-325-5722) during the campground operating season to book your campsite. If staff are not available to take your call, please leave a message and we’ll get back to you at our earliest convenience.

Contact Staff by Email

Please email park staff at falls@frca.on.ca to let us know a convenient time to call you. We’re available during regular park business hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Important Note:
Emailing staff does not guarantee a booking confirmation. All reservations must be processed and completed either:

  • Through the online booking portal, or
  • By direct phone contact with park staff.

 

Bookings are not available through social media channels.

When You Arrive

All campers must check in at the park gatehouse on arrival before entering the park. Please follow park arrival directions listed in the Arriving Campers section: https://mvca.on.ca/camping/frca-camping/

Reservation Details

  • Reservations for the 2026 camping season will open in early January.
  • Reservations must be made in the name of the person who will be picking up the camping permit. Multiple reservations in the same name for the same time period are not permitted.
  • Falls Reserve is busy and often full during the summer months. To avoid disappointment reservations are always recommended.
  • A non-refundable reservation fee is applied to all reservations and is charged at the time your reservation is made. This fee helps to covers the cost of providing the on-line reservation system as well as staff time associated with phone bookings.

Changing a Reservation

To cancel or change a reservation, login to your reservation account at https://maitlandvalley.goingtocamp.com/ or contact the Gatehouse at 519-524-6429.

A change fee will apply to:

  • a change to the campsite booked
  • changing the permit holder
  • changes to the reservation dates

 

There is no fee to:

  • change personal information such as address, vehicle license plate number etc.
  • extend an existing reservation

Please note that all advanced daily vehicle permit sales are final and date/location changes are not permitted. All sales are final.
