Employment Opportunities

Maitland Conservation is a welcoming environmental organization focused on innovative approaches to soil, water and forestry issues. We’re looking for flexible, life long learners with a passion for conservation to join our team.

We’re gearing up for the 2026 camping season at Falls Reserve Conservation Area. Falls Reserve is located just west of Benmiller. We’re accepting applications for Student Summer – Seasonal Positions. Interested in the environment? Thinking about a career in parks, conservation or environmental studies? This is a great opportunity to join the Falls Reserve team, gain experience and learn from the best.  In addition we’re looking to fill the position of Maintenance Patrol/Security Officer at the park.
