Water Festival site map

The 2024 Perth Children’s Water Festival is Sunday May 26 from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Listowel Memorial Park (440 Royal St. E.). If the weather doesn’t cooperate the rain date is June 2.

There’ll be over 20 stations set up for families to explore. The stations will feature hands-on, water focused activities for all ages. Some of the things to check out include:

  • Casting a fishing line with Fishing Friendzy
  • A live snakes and turtles exhibit with Sciensational Ssssnakes
  • Active games that investigate water pollution, water safety and wildlife
  • Create your own water button
  • River Eco Puzzle
  • Face painting
  • How water moves from municipal wells to your tap
  • Use cups, funnels and pipes to see how water moves downhill
  • Live stream invertebrates
  • Experiments on water moving through soil
  • Investigating how water is used on farms
  • Washing clothes as it was done in the 1800’s
  • OPP vehicles
  • How the Splash Pad works (unfortunately the Splash Pad won’t be operating)
  • City of Stratford’s Water Filling Station

….and more!!
